Simax Shanghai have successfully delivered one set of PAS2500 /40 stepper to a customer in Shanghai China in September 2021. The /40 stepper has been fully qualified and accepted by the customer in their production line. By delivering this stepper to customer's volume production fab in a very short period of time, Simax Shanghai have contributed to the customer's production expansion plan.
